Creating an account
A new user can create an account by clicking Sign up in the upper-right corner of the helpdesk.
Registered users can click on Login in the upper-right corner of the customer portal.
Creating tickets
To raise a new support ticket, you can click on the New support ticket button as indicated below.
Checking tickets progress
Click on the Check ticket status link, as shown below and login.
If this is all clear you can proceed to the Support page and click the icon below
